Unfair to them. A '15 store pet is worth a mid 2009 rare. Their PPS is from June 2009. Any demand is up to you and your trading partner.

list wise its fair since cake dogs are september lists and worth 5-6 mid advents.
but i personally wouldnt take it, cake dogs have a very bad demand and im pretty sure you wont be able to get back that quantity lists for the dog.
(and C$ wise cake dogs are worth around 250 C$ only, your side is worth AT LEAST 470C$ (but advents can easily go for 100 C$ each), so in my opinion you can rather sell your advents and buy something much better than the cake dog)
