So, I've got a bunch of These I'm chucking into my trade group:


Don't get me wrong, I love Dragons. But Those just...Aren't dragons. They're lizards with fluffy tails.

I've suddenly felt disappointed with the vast majority of things.

so I've recently made about a thousand seven new hoards, I think? and I need help with names for three of them ouo

all pups from the floppy-ear litter (at least I think they were a litter?) they're from last year's easter event if that helps ^-^

I've suddenly felt disappointed with the vast majority of things.

I can't count the amount of times something like this has happened to me. Take these guys, for example. When they first came out, it was love at first sight for me; in fact they were one of my favorite pets on the site, easily in the top 10. I hoarded them immediately and got up to past 100, which was beyond my original goal, but since I loved them so much, I didn't mind. Now, it's not that I don't like them, but it's almost like I spent so much time gathering them and sending trade after trade that I honestly just got tired of looking at them. I still think they're an impressive design, but now I'm stuck with page after page of them in my trades because I don't see the point in hoarding them anymore. This tends to happen to me a lot, particularly a while after I've completed a hoard. It just takes up too much room and I get tired of collecting them.

my first hoard was the patch cats from may 2013 and the group was called patch cats or something

These were my first hoard, started in the month that I joined Chicken Smoothie, but I don't remember the name. I don't hoard them any longer (in fact, I vaguely remember the hoard ending rather quickly- I was new to hoarding and still didn't quite understand the concept) but sometimes I think about starting up the hoard again, out of memory of my first hoard. The problem is that I don't really find them cute/desirable anymore...at the time it was the color scheme that attracted me, but now there are loads of black/red pets that I'd rather hoard.

My first hoard is still ongoing (even though ive moved it to my completed section)

It was these dogs from 2012:



They started the hoarding obsession i now have today xD

It was called Husky Dogs back then but it is now All Black and White Dogs

The group had a goal of 100 then a goal of 200 and now it has a goal of 300, it will probably never end
Currently i have 215 of them but i will never stop looking for them.

They were adoptable Either the month of, or the month after I joined.
It was really only the Teal one I was attracted to at first, but I felt guilty for not having his siblings with him.
And as far as I know, It's always had this name: ❤Beautiful family❤

I guess it just remains as an endless hoard, since it's super unorganized. Well, that and in the last year I've begun adding the parent pups as well.

I think I may have a problem...

For the better part of a decade (probably longer, to be honest), I have been OBSESSING over dragons. After joining this site, I have found a number of dragons and dragon-related pets and I just want to hoard them all. I've told myself already that it's a bad idea to hoard any of the dragon store pets or the list pets (mostly because I'll never get my hands on those), but the more common and more recent versions I've been going crazy for!

I won't overpay for hoards, but when I see a trade I like with them in it, I shuffle away with them and hide in a small cave, petting my little precious pets.

I guess in some sense, I am mentally part dragon. I take comfort in knowing the pet theme I hoard tends to hoard things too. ;w;

Sorry for the mindless rambling. I do that sometimes. C:
