I remember not having a pet adoption limit! I wish I would've utilized that more! All of the awesome trades I could've made. I remember being afraid to adopt too many because I didn't want to be greedy lol. Oh well, live and learn. This site was so much fun.

I remember all the warrior cats and butterfly wolves. Those two are what got me to sign up in the first place!!
I remember thinking, man, butterfly wolves are the greatest combination ever.

Todays my 7 yr anniversary on CS so i figured it would be a good idea to post here today haha

I miss Malk and the old lines. I hadn't know why they were called warrior cats until my freshman year of high school. They weren't available anymore by that time, though. I had never known why they were so special until I read the books. I adore them. There's so much nostalgia to both the cats and the books now. I feel old.

having all those pets that are now very rare and basically giving them away a while ago rip.
i had a raven dog, punk dog set, marionette, banana and just threw them away like they were nothing and i regret it so much

Damn, I joined in laaaate 09, though I knew about the site for some months before that. Really wish I had joined then.
Tbh I don't even remember any layout besides the really old, original green one with Avian hanging up in the vines on the far side of the screen and the wooden panels for site links under her. Couldn't even tell you what the rest of the site looked like. I think the adopts page was different, like we didn't have any growths shown and just an adult pic of a random grown pet. And the horses were vastly different and not near as nice looking.
I think that artist got banned because of tracing, right? I REALLY MISS MALK PETS THOUGH.

I remember the cats before they got the new lineart change and they were known as just "Warrior Cats". Before that the sitting cats were a special event lineart. I remember Malk's original linearts. Remember when we could still adopt just Owls and Spiders. I remember the Nick Pet's sections to adopt.

Basically I think I first saw the site after the long maintenance period was done and everything went green.
