Is this fair? If not, what could make it fair?

This is probably nor fair, as a tier one advent is worth about 4-5 '09 rares

The items were relatively recent and free. Their side is worth close to nothing compared to yours. They'd have to add a late '09 rare to make this fair

actually that's unfair to you, those items aren't nearly old enough to add up to an 09 rare. not even the oldest one of them.The oldest item on their side is from 2013. However the items being free isn't the reason. it's just the dates. free items does not mean worthless. most pets are free as well. the only free items with no value are free store ones you can get any time.

Second one is overpay on their side, the Grey dog is a fair swap for the holly fox and the cake dog is 2 tiers above the flop eared September, And the butterfly wolf is just more overpay for them seeing as how it's a tier 3 advent list

Personally I would take the third bid. It has good quantity of pets and items, and if I am correct, they are overpaying by quite some bit.
