How did you feel when you became a Staff member of CS?
Why did you apply in the first place? Your biggest goal/achievement on CS?

I was so excited! I told my mom even though she didn't really know what CS was, and I spent the entire week just being ridiculously happy.

I applied because I thought I'd be a good fit for the job. I've been here since the beginning, so I just naturally picked up a lot of CS knowledge. It's like a second home to me <: My biggest achievement would have to be my three Moonswirls. I was lucky enough to trade for them quite some time ago, but it was still a lot to pay for one pet - and to do it multiple times, well... I just really like Moonswirls.

What's your favorite meal?

Fettuccine Alfredo ^^ A close second would have to be sweet and sour chicken with vegetable fried rice, though.

I've been playing since August 2008 and I became a General Helper in August 2012.

I'd totally steal the RP mod color, it's so pretty! I'm honestly really happy with pink, though. I kind of wish the moderators' green was a bit brighter too ^^

I used to play Wolf-Haven since 2010 and I was a moderator there for just over 5 years. I recently joined FurVilla, so that and CS are really all I play right now as far as browser games go! :3

I have two questions ^.^

#1: What's your favorite and least favorite animals on Chicken Smoothie and why?

#2: Do you like Warrior Cats? And if so, what's your favorite and least favorite cats?

My favorite would have to be the sitting cats and deer. The sitting cats have just always been one of my favorite linearts, and I love deer! My least favorites are the chameleons and monkeys. Nothing wrong with the linearts, I just don't find them cute animals in general.

Yup, but I stopped reading the series in 6th grade and have yet to get back into it. I read some of the Super Editions throughout high school so Bluestar and Crookedstar are the first favorites that come to mind! I always really liked Spottedleaf, Leopardstar, Tallstar, and Mothwing as well. The only cat I really hated was Mothwing's brother, and I just never really liked the whole Scourge situation so I wasn't really a fan of him either.

On the topic of milo, what IS that??? O.e I can only think of Milo's tea, but that's a thing you're mostly gonna find down here in the south, I think.
Plus, it was mentioned to be a powder. What.

I started moving my stuff in on Wednesday and I've been on my campus since Sunday. My first class yesterday was Organic Chemistry and my teacher spent 15 minutes on the syllabus before jumping right into lecture. @_@ I can already tell that's going to be a fun one.

xxxxxI recently (over the summer) quickly became very interested in and invested in the The Walking Dead franchise. Do any of y'all keep up with it (be it the comics, the webisodes, the main series or the spin-off), and are you looking forward to the seventh season of the main series?

Hey, me too! :-D I started watching the series this summer with my little brother and I've fallen in love with it. Glenn is my favourite character, Daryl is his. (Daryl's a cutie tho I'm not gonna lie...) I want to start reading the comics but I don't wanna spoil the show for myself, lol! We're two episodes from finishing season 6, trying to hold off until season 7 starts so we don't have to wait so long. I'm pumped for it! Can't wait to see where we go with all of this Negan business. I heard he's being played by the guy who played John Winchester from SPN (which I used to watch pre-season 8) which is awesome because I think he's awesome.

I've been playing since Mid-2011, and I think I was hired three? four? years ago. I don't remember very well. I've been around for a bit!

I usually draw what comes to me but sometimes I'd open up the lines and stare at it for awhile before I come up with a design. I don't really care how similar my designs are to past pets.

Milo is a malt drink from Australia, usually comes in powder form but it's also sold in a ready to drink liquid form. It's very popular here in Singapore. With the powder you just add in hot water with or without milk, you can drink it hot or add ice to drink it cold. It tastes milky/creamy and kind of chocolate-y.

Seeing everyone's cuddly toys has been really cool so I thought I'd join in!
I don't have any from my childhood since I was a bit of a weird kid and I got attached to my steam engine models instead haha, but I have been gradually collecting my foxes for some years now:


Most of them have some kind of special meaning. The one second to the left is a signature Webkinz, like Wes' goldie, the only keepsake (other than my sherbert bunny) from my Webkinz phase that I'm kinda embarrassed to admit to. The one on the left was actually my sister's before it became mine, when we moved house and went through all our toys she gave it to me and it's been one of my favourites since then. The long floppy guy in the middle is coming with me on holiday tomorrow to visit lem-nis-cate! Weirdly though, none of them have ever acquired names that stuck - maybe you guys could help me name them? (:


You and foxes, ZEL and birds, and I probably have about 10+ giraffe plushies, one of which is 4 ft tall. This is starting to make a lot of sense, guys.

To destress, I usually just try to power through as many things as I can. Sometimes I do a little bit of spending, like I'll buy new characters or art of my existing OCs, or I'll go to the local health food store and buy some crystals and some sort of strange new food I've never tried~ I also like to watch criminal justice shows, like Law & Order or Criminal Minds or Bones.

I've always said the perfect meal is homemade macaroni and cheese, cheezit-crusted chicken tenders, and a big rootbeer float! I also love potroast, rolls, and potatoes!

Pop Punk, Indie Pop/Rock, Emo, Trap Rap, Alternative, old jazz/swing, and synthpop/electronic rock are my favorites! My taste in music in verrryyy wide, if you can’t tell! Coldplay, Panic! at the Disco, Milky Chance, alt-J, Glass Animals, Cage the Elephant, Fall Out Boy, Frank Sinatra, J Cole, 2 Chainz, The Weeknd, Jason Derulo, and Depeche Mode are some of my favorites!

To any patient person:

How are you able to deal with annoying people?

Well, I guess I've just grown up to be a patient person by nature, which... is pretty much the answer. It just takes a lot to wear me down. But a lot of it also comes down to plain ol' understanding.
There's many ways in which someone could be considered an annoyance by others, and you've got to deal with each case differently.
A lot of times people don't really know they're being a bit of a bother, and they certainly don't intend to be.

There's a balance: sometimes you simply have to sit through it because there's no alternative. There's not always a shortcut.
Other times the annoyance is entirely avoidable, in which case I find it important to make sure I let the person know (so they are aware of it) but also be nice about it (so they won't feel scared of approaching me/people) and offer solutions to how they can avoid such a situation in the future.

How well I am able to deal with someone who is bothering me depends on why and how I am feeling bothered.
I mean, a good part of the reason why I chose to be a GH is the same as why I'm aspiring to be a teacher: I like helping people learn things. Sometimes that means I need lots of patience. But that's okay and not something that puts me off the job.
It's just part of my personality.

What do you do to de-stress? Read a book, sing or whatever?

I've found that the best ways for me are listening to music or/and taking walks. I especially love walks in the forest or when it's raining. Sometimes these can take a long time. Just last month something got me so upset that I went on a three hour walk at night. It was great. I got back home all tired out and was able to relax.
...Usually half an hour is more than enough, though.

What was your favorite childhood movie/cartoon?

Movie: probably The Dark Crystal. Also really love The Lion King 2.
Cartoon: I really liked What's With Andy? and Recess.

My favourite species on CS are chickens, followed by deer and horses. Part of it is because I like the animals IRL, but especially in the case of horses it's also because I think the lineart offers a lot of potential for cool designs.
Least fave are hamsters and fennecs. I'm neither a big fan of the animals nor of the linearts so I usually don't really care for em. But there are exceptions, of course! Those drink themed hamsters we got last Christmas were amazing, and I loved January's fennec litter.

I enjoy warriors and feel a bit nostalgic about them, since those books helped me practise my English. My favourite characters are Jayfeather and Rock. Especially early Jayfeather, when he was still a bratty lil' jerk.
My least favourite... probably Tigerstar and Hawkfrost. Tigerstar gets my dislike because he vastly overstayed his welcome for being such a bland villain. He just wasn't interesting enough IMO to justify being made the big bad of more than one series. We've got cooler villain characters with way more intriguing stories (Mapleshade!).
Hawkfrost started out as a potential favourite for me, but then the fact that he turned out to be in league with Tigerstar really ruined it for me. I was looking forward to him being something of an unfriendly Bramble - ambitious and fighting with the burden of Tigerstar's legacy, all while having a healthy dislike for Firestar and friends, but not being evil.
Sadly, he turned out a villain, and I guess I never really forgave the authors for that :c
