They're asking you to overpay a lot, the 09 UR Dog is lower than the sorbets and has worse demand

Personally if it were me, I'd take the first trade. I see pets with better demand in them plus a larger quantity.
However I must say I'm not sure what the value of each bid comes out to and therefore cannot definitvely say which trade is fairer value wise, and can only give my personal opinion ^^
