Consider this then. Users can gift friends who have agreed to cancel just to stir up drama. They both get to sit back and watch other users tear each other apart because of a prank they pulled.

It's not like it hasn't happened many times before or a user trying to gift a sunjewel would not be here. They would simply find someone else to gift. I'm sure there's no shortage of users that want it. Does no one find it strange the valuable pet is still on their account?

I'll use logic as well... Prove that it was a prank. Maybe they don't want to gift it now, or plan on trading it. Then again, only the person who posted the trade will be able to confirm any of this. *Raises an eyebrow at Kyar* If this was a prank Kyar, please speak up.

In case anyone really needs to know I'm sending the sunjewel back to the user who gave her to me since I know there she'll be in very good hands. There are way too many users on here who I'd like to gift so to make things as simple as possible she's going home.

I still want to trade down this nontag for gift fodder. The only problem with that is that no one has the quantity I need or those who do don't want to give it up.
That and I have to worry about things like this and this popping up.

Rant: I fear for the 18th and what possible pets I may get. I just know I'll get horrible trade suggestions for them. @_@

*Shakes head* People who do that don't deserve gifts (that's my opinion anyway). I always keep every single one of my gifts, no matter how common they are.

It is the user's decision on what they do with the pets, you know.
Like most every gift I get goes to my adoption center, gifting fodder, or a private collection. Rarely do I actually trade gifts away, but rarely do I keep them for myself. Does that make me bad or undeserving?
Pretty much the only gifts I keep are dreamies, store pets, or pets I like the design of xD
The rest go to friends or adopters

I just said it was my opinion. It just hurts people's feelings. I equate it to receiving a Christmas or birthday gift and then just throwing it away or donating it to Goodwill. e_o I would be extremely hurt if someone did that to a gift I gave them.

I traded a gift of mine away because I felt I didn't deserve it after I had clicked the wrong button by accident, and sent it to another user, begged for it back, and then realized I didn't want to risk that again. I gifted away another pet for almost the same reason. I won't do it to every pet, but if I feel I didn't earn it, what's it doing with me? It doesn't make me a bad person, it makes me a person who dislikes risks.
