1. I think it's fair ^^
2. Since the demand for rainbow mane is super-low, I think it is almost fair, maybe just slightly off. I dunno the value of the PPS cocoon
3. The July lion is highly overpriced, and without the demand this would be unfair to them, but I'm not too into the 'overpaying cuz it's popular' thing, I can't say you should listen to me

The first one isn't fair because of the rarity difference (tricked me at first too xD) so it is unfair to them,
the second one is way unfair to the rainbow mane, yes it has low demand but that doesn't mean it goes for two advents.
