Not sure about the top, but I would count the bottom trade as unfair, only because the warrior cats were first released in 2008 and kept avaliable until 2009 (I believe.) I have the same cat and it is a 2008 rare. Get another opinion though.

I would say unfair to the nonjewel by just a small margin. Maybe around a blue balloon's worth should be added.
