Aw, what a cute pup! I'm personally not a fan of the floating wings, but I love literally everything else about this pup. I like the colours, the expression (especially the adorably dipped ears), the markings, the cute little burst of fire-- what a gorgeous pup <3 ; u ;

Time for another attempt at solving these clues... So far I seem to mostly find such convoluted interpretations that while they make sense on paper and can apply are so horribly wrong... Hopefully things will get better with my attempt at:

Solloby

• Mischievous and Naughty - The little red dots on the forehead look like they might become horns. Do we have a little devil dog here?
• Solloby likes green but isn't fond of this pallet's particular shade. - No green here.
• It wouldn't be bulbasaur - Again, no green here.
• Eyes aren't orange - Purple!
  
  Previous Staff Dog Similarities
• 2011: Dark toes
• 2012: Pointy ears, dark toes, and pale muzzle.
• 2013: bob tail, different color toes.
• 2014: bobtail
• 2015: bobtail, toes, foggy pale color that fades.

Whether or not this is Solloby's pup. My theory was right? Devil dog!

I have to say that the ears remind me of solloby's 2011 staffie, Just an observation

Edit: well, all of their staffies. The pup stages all have simple, unassuming designs, with the past 3 years being bob tails, but this one has a tail like the 2011 and last year. SO I'm gonna say the dragon is Solloby's. The toes are like the 2011, and it has solloby's signature round, smooth shading, plus it has a shiny, lit up thing like two of their previous staff pups
