I feel like that too sometimes. But think about it, it is their pet and a lot of people say they will never gift it away, but unfortunately they do.

Well, at least you have a problem gifting away a good pet. I have a problem because I can't really gift anything super amazing to anyone. I can gift people, but I feel like my gifts wouldn't be appreciated since most of them would not be rares at all. :c

*Shakes head* People who do that don't deserve gifts (that's my opinion anyway). I always keep every single one of my gifts, no matter how common they are.

Words can not even being to describe how I feel right now.
I sent someone a gift. It wasn't on their WL but I figured they couldn't possibly mind. They cancelled with this message:

I only accept wishlist gifts

This was the gift.
They cancelled THIS.
Because it wasn't on their wishlist.
I can't...

I know a lot of people have been talking about this, but I was just.... shocked. Shocked and disgusted. It always annoys me when people don't accept gifts, especially valuable pets, but cancelling a sunjewel gift is just... not even right. Not only is cancelling any gift rude, but cancelling a gift that generous just because it isn't on your wishlist is one of the rudest things I have seen on this site. I would accept any gift, even an OMG SO COMMON spider from last month and be glad that that user was kind enough to give me something at all. Just, wow, the message "I only accept wishlist gifts" seems so rude to me. A person is giving you something, even though it's a website, use real life logic; someone is giving you a gift, accept it even if you don't really want it (though I can't tell why you wouldn't want a sunjewel). I do feel kind of bad for the person though, they're probably new and don't know how valuable the sunjewel is and will probably look back at this and feel really bad. I'm sorry you had to deal with that and I hope you have a better time with trades after this.... Gosh, I'm still in shock about that.

uhhh what? yea most the time i Gift back out of kindness, but dont just Gift me to Hope for a Gift back O.o

Ugh, that is another rude thing, when people gift someone just to get something back. :|

Consider this then. Users can gift friends who have agreed to cancel just to stir up drama. They both get to sit back and watch other users tear each other apart because of a prank they pulled.

It's not like it hasn't happened many times before or a user trying to gift a sunjewel would not be here. They would simply find someone else to gift. I'm sure there's no shortage of users that want it. Does no one find it strange the valuable pet is still on their account?

See, that's how I felt. I was sooo shocked. But I felt more bad for them than disgusted because I feel like they're new and they're gonna be really upset later on.
