No matter the outcome of the tribal, but only if your card dog grows up to be anything other than the Joker, it's massive overpay. In all likelihood, odds are that your card dog won't be a Joker, so I would accept the trade.
If the tribal grows into the Spotted Tribal, then even for the Joker it would be a bit overpay. That's only accounting for rarity though, not the demand of the Joker.

If your outcome is anything BUT a Joker then this will be unfair to them regardless of the outcome. As your pets wouldn't quite make the leap to the main list.
If your outcome is a Joker this will be unfair to you. The Joker has excellent demand and can go for above a Non's value depending on who you trade with.

Tier 7 Advents are worth 7-8 '09 Rares.
Without calculating the items on your side and valuing 2014 Store pets as an '09R your side is equal to 9 '09 Rares. (Again, not including items as I cannot calculate an accurate value for them)
