Your store pet is a 1st tier advent and worth 3-4 2009 rares. So they would need to double their offer, not counting the commons.

Not really sure about this trade, but I do know Cake dogs have low demand and it took me forever to trade mine off. Pineapples also have low-to-bad demand and often go for underpay.

Speaking in rarity, just two of the 2010s on your side would technically be fair, though not many people do that.
You are overpaying by 1-2 '10 UCs either way, though.

Uh, a Zodiac is usually goes for a maximum of one early 2009 rare, so they weren't telling the truth if they said it goes for more than that.
And yes, it's true Basilisks have good demand, but they still usually go for their value from what I've seen.

Banana's and Pickles have bad demand.
