No matter the outcome of the tribal, but only if your card dog grows up to be anything other than the Joker, it's massive overpay. In all likelihood, odds are that your card dog won't be a Joker, so I would accept the trade.
If the tribal grows into the Spotted Tribal, then even for the Joker it would be a bit overpay. That's only accounting for rarity though, not the demand of the Joker.
