What would need to be added to this to make it fair? I know the basilisk is a 1st tier Advent, but I don't think the other pets cover the gap between the 7th tier and the 1st tier.

Also, what about this? They have a Leo Zodiac they'd be willing to add if this isn't fair, but due to the demand of the Zodiac would that make it unfair to them?

Idk about the items but I think it's unfair for you since your store pet is worth a 2010 rare or a 2009, I suggest a second opinion.

1.) The gap between a first tier and a seventh tier is technically 3-4 '09 rares, so I'm fairly certain that it's fair, if not overpay on their side with the Malk cat. Plus, Basilisks have good demand. But! It's up to you whether you're willing to down-trade or not.

2.) The 2009 UC technically equates to a 2011 rare, and the other pets and items should equate to another 2011 rare (or a bit more), so it would be somewhat fair (maybe slightly unfair to you), though you can do much better. Your store pet is worth an early 2010 rare, btw.
You are right about the Zodiac being too much, though. A Zodiac can easily be traded for an early 2009 rare with demand.

It's still very unfair to you. Even considering the zombie bat is a re-release from 2013, the new rares added together barely equal a 2010 rare, and as I said, the new store pets are each worth a late 2010 rare. So that's basically 3 2010 rares for a high demand 2009 rare and a high demand 2010 rare (which can basically be counted as a 2009 since that's what they go for).
The C$ doesn't help much as its only around a 2014 rare value.

I know the zodiacs have a bit of demand, but my store pet also had a great deal of demand, correct? Is it fair of me to ask for 1 more 2009 rare?

It's been agreed the Holly has better demand; what does the Pineapple go for, typically, and what needs to be added to their side?
