In the first trade, they’re just short. Your store pets are worth an ‘09 rare each, and they’ve only got 3 ‘09 rares worth. They would need to add.
In the second trade, it’s very unfair to you. In C$, your store lions are worth between 35-40 C$, and probably the higher end. They could easily go for 1-2 ‘09 rares each due to demand. They would need to add.

The Halloween cat alone has a value of 350-400 C$. The Zodiac adds another 150-200 C$. They would have to add at least another 200 C$ to match minimum value.

They are overpaying. Their royal bobtail RR is worth 4-6 ‘09 rare’s. Some value rereleases to be lower depending on the user, but minimum four ‘09 rares for the dog. Their side is worth between 5-7 ‘09 rares in total, and your tess horse is only worth up to four ‘09 rares. It would be most fair if you’d add, but that’s up to you

The second trade is fairest. Your Sakura store dog is worth 250-300 C$. The first trade would need to add at least 100 more C$ to make it fair. After some calculations, the second trade comes to about 250 C$ in total. It’s the low end, but still within its base value and fair.
