The Red-Front holly is on the same tier as the Raven, so with them adding the bunny, it is over pay as the bunny is also on the bottom tier of the advent list ^^

Number one is what I would take, if you like quanity over quality. But if your saving for a big list pet, then I would take the rat.

The Elf rat in the second one is 4 tiers above the PPS on the Advent list (which factors in both demand and rarity), so the rat in the second offer is overpay alone for the PPS.

The Rares list takes into accoun both demand and rarity. So that would get you to around a Grevy's zebra or UR bwolf. If someone is willing to pay more than the worth of the Sunback then you could get more but that depends on who you are trading with
