Really unfair to them, the Moonswirl is a mainlist and worth 4 nons. I don't see any list pet on your side, so you would have to add the equivalent of 4 nons.
Edit, there is one tier 7 advent list however it is still highly unfair to the Moonswirl.

No that would be ninjaing they could get banned as they now know it is really unfair. Unless this was a gift they should add or cancel if they cannot make it fair

no, their side would only add up to a CEG. A non is worth 3 sorbs.

Im pretty positive you can only get banned for scamming. Scamming is when the person says the trade is fair and its not, ninjaing means that the trade is unfair to either the trading partner or you, but you accept it thinking its fair or knowing its overpay to the other side. I know this because i sent a help ticket about a ninja I received from an UR cucumber, since they didn't say the pets they gave me was overpay the mods didn't reverse the trade nor did they ban the user.
