The girl woke slowly. Her dark eyelids opened slowly, her vision blurred at first. The world was on its side, or maybe that was just her. Her eyes closed again. She moved restlessly, and attempted to stretch her arms, but found she couldn't. Her purple eyes snapped open, and a panic rose in her so strong, that she started to feel dizzy. She attempted to open her mouth to scream, but the feeling of duct tape plastered on her full lips intensified. She writhed on the dirty ground, her arms tied behind her back, her legs bound.
The last thing she could remember was walking down the road whilst on her phone. She had meant to meet her father who was the owner and founder of a multimillion dollar worth company. She tried her best to remember, but nothing appeared.
The sound of a door closing from somewhere behind her made her freeze, her tear flecked eyes wide with fear. A pair of boots soon appeared in her sight, and then a rough hand pulled her chin upwards. A man looked down at her with cold eyes, dark hair and a sense of mystery about him. His eyes narrowed as their eyes locked, though she felt a sense of strange longing. She wanted out of these binds. She gave a stiffled squeal, and he dropped her chin. Without enough warning time to react, her head bashed on the concrete ground, and stars appeared in her eyes. She curled up into a ball, but did not cry. For those strange eyes lingered in her memory, and she clutched onto them. They were beautiful.

I wandered absentmindedly through the halls of school before homeroom. The bell hadn't rang yet, and I was waiting for my friend to ask her something. I assumed she was late, so I sighed and went inside my homeroom, and saw him. He had dark, somewhat untamed brown hair, and chocolaty brown eyes that I seemed to fall into. He was sitting on a lab table, talking with his friends. I blushed quickly, and turned away as he turned towards me. My heart was racing: What do I do!? Just then, my friend whom I though late walked in and saw me, dragging me out despite how much smaller than me she was. As soon as she pulled me out of homeroom, she stared me down, and the first words from her mouth were, "You like Austin, don't you?" I weakly nodded. She then gripped my shoulders and stared me down, ignoring the fact that she was still about 6 inches shorter than me on her tip-toes. "Go get him, tiger," she said, though when I walked back to homeroom, I couldn't do it. I just couldn't. I had no courage when I came to boys. And to this day, I still want to ask Austin out, though I can't build up the courage and bravery to do so.

His miniature talons clack-clacked across the bricked patio as he looked for a slight morsel to eat- perhaps, even, he'd find a small mate to bear children with- but mainly, he was hungry.

Slowly, the uniquely colored cat poked her head across a bush. "Puurrfect," she hushed lightly, not wanting her prey to hear. "Simply purrrrrrfect." Elegantly, she strung herself across the fenced enclosure until the bird was right in front of her. Luckily for her, he didn't turn around before she pounced, and struck a cord.

"LetmegoletmegoletmegoletmegoLETMEGO!"

"Why, I can't do that now, little birdy."

"WhywhywhywhyWHY?"

"Sweetums, you're mine now." She snickered. "And we're going places, little bird--Mr. Bird. Going places."
