Now that's the big question! I would imagine it to have short fur... maybe like an otter?
And it would have back legs like a panda, and a fin like an orca, and an orca tail... although bear bob tails are really cute.

Yeah, I think it'd probably need to be something like an otter. That way all the fluffiness won't weigh it down too much when it's in the water. ;D
