Someone else pointed out thatis Osiris, who is depicted with green skin, but wearing white robes so you only see his head and hands are green, which I just realized are the green coronets.

Can't quite make out the symbol on his forehead. Could be Uraeus, the cobra since it's green, but the shape isn't quite right. Can any of the sharp eyes in this thread make it out?
