I took a look and the Joker bun is on the main rares list. The cat isn't on the rares list at all.

If you are sending trades from auction threads, people will expect overpays, but it's somewhat up to you what you pay for it. As far as I know its not that in demand(say something if I'm wrong) so people should expect that much of an overpay.
