I agree so much on the code words.

I do really wonder how those people feel when you over offer, or offer a dream pet, and follow all the rules but the code word when they cancel.

I know a few that don't, (they just snark in the accept that I should have code worded but they'll let it slide)
of course they will... when it's in their favor

I've run into a few e that do (one that baffled me was "I really love this trade, it has a dream dog but you didn't use my codeword so I'm canceling")
Really? you're going to admit my trade was something you REALLY wanted to accept, but you won't because I missed a codeword? Kudo's I guess for sticking by their rules, but ... just seems surreal they'd admit It was an offer they wanted and that I followed all the rules, but because of a lack of a word swapped around 30 times in the rules they're going to pass? Oy

I've taken to 99% of the time not doing the codeword song and dance, if their rules are harsh (I'll foe you, and list you publicly !!111oneone) or it changes more then once, I just pass over it. Sure it probably makes them mad, but it makes *me* mad that they have
X word
No Y word
Put Z if you want to be foed
just kidding it's U
If you made it to here it's really Y
Now put "I rule" and Rules #5's word

I want to trade, not play a word find game/mystery game.

I have a rule that if I can count more than three code words, I will find a new trade partner.

I'm not going to strain my eyes and brain to have my painstakingly perfected trade (I suck at trading, so yeah, I meant that. Took me twenty minutes to set up the trade for my tribal) canceled anyway since I didn't put the seventh word instead of the fiftieth. >_> If they're so keen on driving people away, they must not want to trade in the first place. I'm not wasting my efforts on you if you don't want me here, lol.

A member along with me at an organization said they had a CE Galaxy for someone who wouldn't trade it. I regretfully traded mine, so I figured try to trade with them for it. We work something out, and right then when they said it was ok, they had to throw in a little message about our coontail hoard and how we should just stop at 10 and not get 20 like we want to. Yeah, your dreampet is the coontail, we get it. You post it all the time. You also complain about how you're never going to win against us in an auction for one. Like a friend of ours said, it's not like there is only 20 coontails on the site. You just have to look alot like we do, and find the right person to trade with. And that message where they told us we were "greedy" was the point to where I just cancelled the trade for the CE Galaxy. I don't care that I want it, I just...didn't want to trade with them. xc They make me feel guilty.

Okay, what? Thats just rude, I mean I can understand where their coming from but... Really? When I see a hoard like a Sunback or Moonswirl hoard I just think about the other Sunbacks and Moonswirls that are on the game and remeber that, on dec. 18th there will be more released, even if it is pretty far way. That person that your talking about made me feel alittle bad that I didnt want to accept the trade when I had a coon by saying that they've been looking for it forever and all this other stuff, it doesnt help to do that, it just makes me feel like not accepting it in the first place....

Exactly my point. I was just randomly hoping that we could do a straight trade, and then they had to say something that got on my nerves, so I cancelled. They should really try not complaining and build up trade fodder before they try offering and get their trade rejected. >< Simple as that. If they didn't hoard balloons, they'd probably have somewhat better trade fodder for the coon, so it'd be easier to get one. .3.

Also funny how they seemed to believe my trade rules? didnt apply to them! they joined in july 2010, so plenty of time to realize the this is no way fair. -sigh-

I'm bracing myself for when I begin to hoard UR horses. After I see all these people get rude messages from people who hate on them for hoarding....I'm not rethinking, just sitting going "wth?" It doesn't help folks. We're having enough of a challenge finding these pets, let alone dealing with people who think that it is wrong. I support you too, Sorrel; Quite honestly, I think it's amazing that you hoard Coontails. I could barely afford one myself, let alone hoard them.
