heya, is this a fair trade? would the UR dog be fair on its own demand wise? just need a little help thank you!

The UR dog is overpay alone if you value the BMD at the balloon dog tier. (It's common for them to go for a balloon dog.)
The UR dog is worth 63 mid advents and it goes for fair trades. The balloon dog tier is worth 21 mid advents.

Unfair to them. Their side now equals to 270 mid advents. Your side still equals to 259 mid advents, so you'd have to add 11 mid advents worth to your side.

With demand in account, I’d still definitely go for the first one. The malk pets are beyond easy to trade off, and often receive overpay. The early 09 dogs offered have pretty good demand too. The lists have average demand on both sides so the first one that offers two advents is the better choice.
