Ballad of Hysteria

They dance around the graves in the middle of the night, shrieking like banshees and giving all a great fright.
The festering smell of rotting vegetation, spiralling into the night skies with no hesitation,
as their claws and paws broke down upon the leaf strewn ground, their hyena like laugh could be heard all around.
There tongues loll and sway as their heads toss in the air, the ominous fog hiding their swear,
their eternal promise under the full pumpkin moon, that for another they shall never swoon,
for as sure as Sander could not see, Oogie would always be,
standing right beside him, this he was sure, for only for each other, they could adore.

Auburn has lived in the small town of October [I'm lazy with coming up with names right now] all her life, taking care of her little sister after their parents died in a car crash. Always having to be both the big sister and the parent, she's grown to be stern and serious, and rarely has even thought of doing something "fun".
But when mysterious Hallo arrives in town with his exotic ways, what will happen? Will he be able to teach her to live a little? Or will she ruin his fun?

I'll probably start the story at least, since it seems fun with what I've got planned, but it'll take me a while.
