someone offered a flower for my sorbet; is this fair? I'm worried about trading the flower off though...

Super overpay since the UR Flower is worth almost 3 Sorbets, but demand wise, this is sort of tricky. The Sorbet trades off pretty easy, but you're not going to move up the List too easily. Taking the UR Flower will boost you up the List, but they're suuuuper difficult to trade off fairly. Personally, I wouldn't do it unless you're truly desperate.

I'm having an auction for my animal egg 3.

I'm not the best at item auctions, so I would appreciate any advice that you can give:
This bid has some valuable items, but again, I'm not fantastic at item values
This bid has great items in quantity, and some pets
This bid has two advents

I am not sure which of these bids is fair, and I don't want to trade my item for less than it is worth so which of these trade are fair? Or are they all fair? Thanks!

Although this is extremely unfair rarity wise... Demand wise. Well the sorbet does have higher demand than the flower does. Honestly I would choose the sorbet over the UR flower because sorbets are much easier to trade off than the UR flower is. I highly suggest a second opinion.

Personally I would do trade 1 or 2. I'm sorta going more towards the first one because it has the pocky which is worth a lot! I've seen it fetch many high lists. Get a second opinion
