I stroke and groom Farasah gently as he sits on my lap. "Mommy," He asks, looking up at me. "When can we go somewhere together, out of the castle?" I chuckle. "Far, honey, we cant leave our castle. Its our home, our life. Including the fact their is chaos around the kingdom." I tell him. He frowns sadly, as I hold him close to my chest. Dont worry...We might be able to someday.. I whisper into his ear.
"But mommy," He argues. "What kind of.. chaos?"


I frown. "Umm. well.. Since your the prince and very very valuable and everyone loves you, they try to.. take you from me. And I cant let that happen.
You wouldnt understand the other things happening." I say.
"Everyone... loves me?" He asks.
I grin gently. "Yes. Everyone is our family. Everyone loves one another inside, even if they dont outside." He perks up. "Oh," Far says. "Cool!"

I set him into a new paw-made bed I had just made for him. I gave the crib and baby toys to a needy peasent. "Sleep well, sleep tight, dont let the bed bugs bite." We share a little laugh as I tuck him under the covers.
"Shush little baby, dont say a word, momma's gonna buy you a mockingbird.
If that mockingbird dont sing, momma's gonna buy you a diamond ring.
If that diamond ring wont shine,
Momma's gonna call you forever mine." I sang as he fell asleep slowly, And I kissed him gently on the forehead. "Well, you are forever mine. So I dont need to say it.

Even though you weren't mine in the first place..."
Now I feel horrible with myself. I go to another room and smack my face on the wall. Hard. I cant believe I STOLE him, having all this fun being a mother, when the actual mother could have...
Wait. I know why I did all of this.
My other children betrayed me. Broke my heart and smashed it to peices. Now Farasah is the only one able to heal it...
Why cant I just.. Have my own child? No. Now I would have to Betray Far, if I had a new baby, I wouldnt have time for him. There wouldnt be a father. I would have to give him back, he would ask so many questions and hate me because he was stolen... No. i wouldnt do that to him.
I look out the window blankly and stare into the darkness, then jump out the window. I land gracefully on my paws, a little wobbly, then I knock on a door.
"hello," The lady says. "Oh. Hi queen." Its the lady I took Farasah from.
"Oh..." I say, as I see she is holding a child. "I see you have a new child."
She nods. "Yes. I still love Farasah, but he is no longer mine. At least we didnt have to give him to foster."
I frown. "What? Foster?" She nods again. "Yes... you signed a paper for a new rule. Each woman and their mate can only have one child."
I keep frowning. "I signed a paper.. I dont remember. Well, anyways, you can visit him if you like. He doesnt have to know you were supposed to be his mother.
...
And Im dearly sorry."
She grins. "I guess its alright. It happens to all of us, right?" I nod. "Yes... my other children betrayed me. Turned to the dark side."
She gasps. "Oh, really?"
"Yes."
"That's sad. And sure, id love to see him.
He'd be broken up if he knew he was taken away from someone, so its okay. I understand."
I lead her up to my bedroom, along with her mate and child. She stops her husband and gestures for him to take their baby and go back to their hut/house.
I lift the covers gently off Far's face. "There he is."
She looks astonished. "He... is so.. handsome."
I nod. "Yes."
"May i?" She asks, gesturing to kiss him on the forehead. I nod as she leans in.

Trying to kick this dialog habit~
Kinda short.

Tyson [m] --- Perpetiel [x]

Its humanoid figure gently slid past the dense fog, and through the slivers of sunlight. The eyes of the individual were murky, but it had excellent vision; it seemed to squint, quite a lot, even though the sun wasn't strong. Trees shadowed the figure well, but its bronzed, hallow skin could still be witnessed. It halted at a willow tree abruptly, and crawled under its wispy canopy.

There, it met another individual. He offered a shallow wave, while the other sat shocked.

"I'm T-Tyson..." He hushed, brows creased in confusion. "Who are you?"

Its eyes shifted nervously, before it stole the sketch pad and pencil from the lad. It winked at him quickly, before starting to scribble vigorously at the paper. The claws clearly deterred the creature from writing in an elegant script, but its name was still readable: Perpetiel. Tyson smiled as a stray string of leaves fell on his own nose, and his eyes focused down to see it. Perpetiel's serpentine tail peeked from behind it, and brushed it off; Perpetiel giggled quietly, whiskers fluttering. Perpetiel shook umber strands out if its face before brushing a few maroon locks out of Tyson's face.

Exultingly, a greenish glow shone from beneath Perpetiel's feathered clothing. Tyson, a hair more than surprised, slivered back a bit. He nudged the sketchbook forwards, before asking a question. "Perpetiel," he began, red eyes shining. "What's going on?"

Perpetiel laughed again, and reached for the tan book. It struggled again with the pencil, minutes passing before it had the object in a comfortable position. Then the pencil danced across the page again, voluptuous letters carving themselves out. It only shines when I have a lovely disposition.

Tyson blushed, but his face turned gray when Peretiel stalked out of the willow tree. He propelled himself up, and dashed out of the tree. His face flinched at the sight of fog, trees, and leaves. Amidst the swelling eyes and jumbly fingers, he was tapped lightly on the head. There stood Perpetiel, childish grin in tact. A hand equipped with claws jutted out, and Tyson took it, even if the claws did hurt just a bit.
