I believe this will be unfair to the store dog - The 2011 Easter Rares are very common rares, not worth much.

e.e Exactly. They're both very common rares - Neither are worth much at all. So going by dates I would have to say unfair to them. - Please get a second opinion though.

A bit tough, you'll need another opinion more experienced in item trades but I would believe that it is a unfair to them (I was assuming each of those items were worth approx 5C$ each). However I do not know what the Tess Horses are worth in C$

Is it unfair because the store dogs are much older than the rats and a Rare is not worth a bunch of 2011 Uncommon. If she remove the rats and add four 2010 Uncommon on her side it would be equal to one of the dogs! (:
