I'd say fair. It definitely isn't unfair to the Android side, but I don't know if you're getting ripped off or not. I mean, the Holly Cat was from '08, and the PPS hasn't been Rare for very long. Everybody expected the Androids to drop in rarity, but they never did. Perhaps add another common Rare to their side?
