I'm not that good when it comes to list pets, and this is a very tempting trade.

Slightly unfair to the sunjewel. The dogtag alone tends to go for around 2 nons and the other pets don’t add up to a third considering the sunjewel usually goes for 3-4 nons.

It's unfair to them -- if you use the list, the Cheshire would be worth 3-4 '09 rares, so their side would then add up to 7-8 '09 rares
Your side is only worth 4 '09 rares
In other words, your rats only add up to their 2014 and 2015 store pets, or the cheshire alone.

Even without the list I still consider it unfair to them, but demand is up to you two to decide.

For the second trade, they're overpaying. Your Kitsune is only worth 2 '09 rares, their side is worth about 7.5 '09 rares.
Demand is up to you.

It's unfair to them -- your pet is only worth 1 '09 rare (2010 very rare / 2 2010 rares = 1 2009 rare). Their side is worth 2.5 '09 rares + the items they added. Demand is up to you and if you're happy with the trade or not
