I think, and correct me if you think otherwise, but I think this is Bernouli's pup. The past years Bernouli has always done whispy things, and usually the wisp doesn't have lines (like this pup doesn't have any on the tail) The shading/blending on the tail especially reminds me of the 2017 one.

Ohh so this one it is. Right when I saw it, it reminded me of some fox-like like creature (or like I got the feeling that I have seen a pet like that on CS before) but I couldn't remember so I thought all the stuff dogs, but there wasn't one like that (obviously)

Ooo it does; however it can't be rockruff's because rockruff isn't part of the staff litter.

but it (the foxy cat) is in the group of Metallic Dragon's nursery rhyme themed pets, one of three (and every time they keep spouting off that nursery rhyme I keep thinking of 3 Blind Mice especially with some of those rhymes having quite sinister origins (ergo it would be amusing if the pup was MD's though...)
