Fair, if not unfair to the group of pets. The BA is only high up the rarity list because of demand, it's not worth too much more than a normal advent.

I am going to disagree, you can't say just 'because of demand' that the pet is worth more, it IS worth more, so even according to the rare's list guide it is unfair, By a lot, you have to factor in demand, otherwise people get confused and it isn't fair to them.

Mercu, I think this is unfair to the person offering the pets. that is probably because I value dogs more than horses though
