Yes, I agree that it's unfair to you. Sitting cats(Even the ones that aren't Warrior cats) go for quite a lot sometimes. I see some people even offer several store pets for one non-canon uncommon sitting cat.

I believe it's unfair to the Pink Cookie Advent, but only by one 09 rare.
The 60C$ will get you to the Grey Mini Husky Tier and you need an 09 rare for each tier you move up.

The first one is slightly unfair to the Rainbow Stripe Dog, I think the Cheshire Cat is only worth a mid 09 rare.

I think the second one is fair, seeing as the Vixen is worth 7-8 09 Rares and the Evil PPS is worth 6-7 09 Rares. The Cheshire Cat might be enough to bridge the gap between the tiers, but I would get a second opinion on this one. ;u;
