If not, what needs to be added/taken, demand wise

That wouldn't be fair. What some people want for their pet is not what's fair for it. Even with demand, it's unfair to you. You have enough to get a mid advent. The august pps lion is not worth list pets. If it was, it would be on the list.

I know from experience I've been offered at least three times with lists for my august pps.

They are way overpaying for the pps lion.
Demand has been dropping, and wanting multiple list pets isn't fair.
What you've been offered and what is fair are two different things.
Demand is largely passed on personal opinion, and it is a fact that the pps lion is nowhere near being worth a list pet.

That's what people want to pay. People will offer sorbs for BAs, but that's not fair. We overpay because we want it and we want our offer to be the highest so the other person will accept. It's simply overpay.
