I'd say it's overpay rarity wise,but not demand wise. I've seen real Warrior Cats go for '14 store pets and more than one other warrior, and sometimes even two '09 rares. I'm not entirely sure what to add, but it all depends how you value your warriors. Better get a second opinion.

Unfair to you, that 09 rare is worth around 4 09 uncommons, but they might want you to overpay since theirs are lions and have some good demand.
