Gosh, I remember the first time I adopted dogs.
And then I kept wondering why they all had the same blanket, so I.. either deleted them or traded them off for stuff when the trading system came into effect.
Now I miss those dogs. >.>
Gah, October 2008, your date haunts me so.

I remember having doubles of a few things and deleting them
such regret.
I remember a time where people made posts to store all their pet codes on, because they arent stored like they are now.
When I joined those black rose dogs were everywhere.
I actually regret not adopting those at the time.

I remember the old layout.. god I miss it! Then I remember the Malks and 2009 X-Mas. But I got ninja'd on Dec 18th .-.
I don't remember anything else. Though I thought the pets were growing slow and got excited when they grew ;v; Good times..

Whenever I see people overpaying for event pets nowadays..I go back and remind myself..you did the same back then x)

The first summer event, was the most exiting event probably. x) Cannot believe it's been so long ago.

Signatures were pretty different on CS in 2008 and 2009 haha I think they mostly had offsite adoptables, favorite pets, and links or pretty pictures linking to people's threads where they showed off their "packs" of pets xD Maybe some advertisements for adoption centers, too. That must've been about it lol

Found screenshots of these old layouts on google. I didn't realize how much I missed that first one! I started to come to chicken smoothie in 2008 for temporary adoptables until I finally decided to get an account... missed out on all the pets from November '08 to May '09 because it took so long for me to decide :'( Anyways I think the first layout will always be my favorite because of the nostalgia attached to it.
