Yay, and no! Doxie went OMGSR, which is awesome, but now I'm doomed with the sunback, nonjewel, and nonswirl. I never expected Doxie (my nontag) or Huckleberry (my coontail) to turn OMGSR, so I'm a bit amazed right now.

Only the cue ball and eight ball ponies were rare. The others were uncommons before this update.

All of the billiard ponies were uncommon except for the cue ball and magic 8, if I recall correctly..?
I could be wrong, though, sorry ^.^

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that these are new uncommons?
