your side has about 9 09 rares (no demand included) but with the demand of the warrior + the zodiac it should be fair.

Your side is worth roughly 8 09 rares but their dog is worth 10. So by list it's unfair to them
The demand of the malk pps is pretty good though
I used to own one and would be offered higher tiers. usually mid ones (tier 7 like the ice blue swirl)
So personally I'd keep the malk pps

Still a tad unfair to you though. And rats are pretty difficult to trade off fairly so I'd keep the rose dog.

In terms of flat rarity (no extra demand) their side is worth just a touch more than a non but not quite UR lion level.
However - it is fair to say that a couple of their pets are fairly high demand. It wouldn't be impossible to get as much as maybe a non for the BEG (although I myself don't value them that highly) and the Lolita has rather nice demand too. So in my opinion there really isn't any way - even including the BEG at a non in value - for this to add up to the two nons you're after. :)

Yes. Cakes from sept. list, but Skeleton PPS - Big gap and worth more. + Cakes have not a very good demand.
+ Their Skeleton PPS is truedated. Your Cake dog - rereleased.
