Is this fair? What should I change?

It's a bid, and they said it was "technically unfair."
They didn't say who it was unfair to, and what should be done to make it fair.

Some advice would definitely be appreciated.

Its very unfair to the Black Advent, I believe you would need to add around a blue rose level to be around fair rarity wise; but I am unsure. So please get a second opinion.

Their Black Advent is a re-release, if that affects its value in any way.
