I'm not sure if this was brought up, but why in the world is this one uncommon? I thought that they all had to be the same rarity or else it will show favoritism to the artist?

The chances for adopting are the same.
But they're given out randomly when adopted.

So even if the chances for two pets are exactly 50:50, one might've been adopted 58 times and the other just 42 times. ^^; It happens.

Yes, I'm thinking this too.
It's just pure and simple random chance, I'm sure the rest of the litter will turn uncommon in an update or two =3

And on another note, that OMG so common rarity was a short lived rarity! The last two OMG so common pets turned very common today and no new pets are OMG so common. So that rarity doesn't exist anymore...

No, I still am stuck on the idea that it shouldn't be uncommon while the others are common. I mean, when was the last time this happened? It didn't, all of the staff pets stayed the same rarity. It's almost like the fact that staff pets can't breed either, because it'd be showing favoritism.

No, I still am stuck on the idea that it shouldn't be uncommon while the others are common. I mean, when was the last time this happened? It didn't, all of the staff pets stayed the same rarity. It's almost like the fact that staff pets can't breed either, because it'd be showing favoritism.

Again, rarity is based on how many numbers of a pet truly exists... you can't change how many pets exist here despite deleting some. And that would only make them rarer.
There are only two ways to change it:
- release more of them (but: who would get them?!) AND that would make them really different from the others. THAT would be favouritism.
- change the numbers for the rarities, so that this will still fall under "common"

Before a lot of us said "ohhh no very commons anymore", now it's OMG so common.
(Though we really don't have a lot of VCs anymore either, or? I've only see very very rares, much of uncommons and a few commons lately)
