the thrid dog is worth 2 MAs, so you would be overpaying by 2 MAs

they are slightly under, they need to take off the '13 rare and the '16 rare and replace it with an '11 rare (if you use the 2:1 ratio) to add to the two '11 UC cats.
So it is almost fair, just not quite. unless you are okay with a slight underpay. but please get a second opinion
