Im not sure about their items, but I'd be hesitant to accept that. You have over 50 C$ worth of store items on your side.

Unfair to the item as it's worth a rare/very rare from 09.
It's also pretty popular (as far as items go) and regularly gets good trades

just be cautious with the cucumber though, they very very rarely fetch what their worth and they usually get stuck with you awhile!

They need to add another 2010 rare, that dog plushie is an item from 2009 and is worth an '09 rare.
