I got a bunch of trades reversed (that had been from the same person) because supposedly I had taken the pets without the owners permission when they were quitting and giving away their pets…

I had literally no clue any of this even happened.

You would know because it's a new trade, right? And it's sent in two separate trades, one with you receiving and the other with you returning? At least that's what I'm seeing from some folks' links!

These trades were with a "quitting" user that coincidentally has not spoken on the forums since 2018.

That's right, they would show up at the top of your trade list, from what users have been reporting.

not sure if it has any relevance, i wanted to post this trade for evidence and stuff, i traded my sorbet for another one like 2 days ago and got it back trade - trade
however i just wanted to say i feel sorry for the people who lost their pets and if i can help in any way, feel free to send me a pm if i have the pets you are missing, from my trade groups, i;d be happy to give you them for free <3 also you can take a look at my labeled groups (cats, dogs etc if i have the pet they took from you)

So, what i don't get is why "reserve" trades are even a thing. It's not fair to us players to basically be forced into a trade that we wouldn't even agree to do in the first place.

Like with me, firstly please dont seek this person out they were actually really cool about it, and I have two out of the three back, still missing my rare but that went to *redacted*

Which I had already messaged them and haven't heard anything back, probably never will. I just want my rare back, that's all.

Which is completely unfair to me because I already have mass dupes of what was sent to me so I in turns, feel like I was ripped off to something I never agreed to nor had any say in the matter, there was really no explanation aside from what was sent in the massage box. I dont think reserved trades should even be a thing, it forces players to trade pets they're not okay with trading off, that rare, among the other two were in LOCKED groups that WERE NOT FOR TRADE in the first place.


I'm pretty sure it states somewhere on this site that you CAN NOT FORCE TRADES upon other players and the fact that the staff are practically forcing reserved trades on other players, means that they're breaking their own rules, And personally that makes me extremely hesitant of fully trusting cs again like I used to.


The fact that there was no post about reserved trades going into effect seems a little sketchy as well.
