Your Joker bunny is so cute, Mewmi! I think this was a really good idea partly because if a sibling gets something good, it's Easter so you've plenty of chocolate and candy to bribe them with.

I think it's random when you see the banner-indicator thing. But I guess it helps to scour the forums, and I got a bunny so it's possible. You'll have to wait 12 hours for another banner-thing.

Nope, just one pack at a time. I got the item pack, too. Just the luck of the draw though. Have to wait twelve hours to try again and maybe get a bunnie.

I already sent an email to the contact us. So now just to wait to see what's hiding behind that cute message. And someone offered me a trade on my error message even before the Egg Hunt was really known.
