Spiders aren't all that wanted, and there's a dog on your side from 2008, which is more than needed for the dog on their side. And generally, unless the 2010 pet is in way more demand (Like the PeaPPS), a 2010 rare =/= a 2009 rare.
I don't know if it'd be fair if you added the PeaPPS to replace the rat, though. So you should get another opinion on what they need to add.

I personally think it is fair, if not unfair to them. But definitely get a 2nd opinion before you accept!
