Would this trade be fair? If not, what might need to be removed/added from my side? ^^

Unfair to you. The pocky is worth a late 2008 rare/ very rare while the dog plush is worth an early 09 rare/ very rare and the fairy is worth a late 09 rare/very rare. You are overpaying by a '10 rare and the rest of the items on your side. However, the pocky does get overpay but it depends on how you value the pocky's demand c:

The other pets on their side don't cover up the gap between the nonballoon and sorbet.
The nonballoon is worth around 35 mid advents whilst the sorbet is worth 84 mid advents. That means their side is under half the worth of your sorbet.
