They're overpaying since the horse isn't worth much. Since its a store pet, its going to be rare. So you can still count it as fair.

I agree with the first, but the second is incorrect. The PPS kitten is only a 2014 uncommon and the quantity is worth more than that, it's unfair to the quantity.
