Would a line tribal be overpay, underpay, or fair for the UR apple
What's the demand of both and which is better

the tribal has better demand than the apple. I usually see the apple only going for a mid-high sept. Maybe a low main list if you're patient.

What can be added to it to 1. Fill the gap 2. Make it fair demand wise
