I would take 1 b/c there is a main list pet there (UR Butterbun), it's worth more than the BMD by itself.
I believe number 3 is an underpay. The lists they are offering wouldn't make up for the gap since the Sept. List is worth more than the Advent (B/c of the date: September & December. Earlier pets are worth more)

The first link is unfair to you. The green fronted holly is a list and theirs are just normal rares and one store pet VR

1st trade: No, there aren't any lists (correct me if im wrong), it doesn't even total up to a list pet
2nd trade: No, no lists and doesn't fit onto the list (I got almost the same offer value on the same tier list pet I have, i declined)
