Howdy! Would this be a fair trade?

Unfair to them. Your dog is a re-release from Dec '09. The two 2017 store pets are worth 2 mid 2010 rares, and the 2018 store pet is worth a late 2010 rare. Just one of the 2017 store pets and a smaller addition other then a store pet would've been fine. ^^
